Cucina moderna, dotata di un frigorifero, microonde, lavastoviglie, 4 fornelli a induzione ed un tavolo con capacità per 4 persone. Nel salotto troviamo un comodo divano a due posti (che diventa all'occorrenza un divano-letto) ed una televisione, mentre nel bagno si trovano una grande doccia, sanitari e bidet. La camera da letto dispone di un letto matrimoniale e di una zona separata che funge da cabina armadio.

Aria condizionata, riscaldamento, wifi ad alta velocità, serratura elettronica per self check-in sono alcuni dei comfort presenti nella casa, oltre ad asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, lavatrice, lenzuola, salviette ed amenities da bagno come sapone per mani, bagnoschiuma e shampoo.

La casa risulta molto luminosa, grazie alle tre grandi finestre (due nel soggiorno ed una nel bagno) che si affacciano sul ampio cortile dell'edificio.

Bright and cosy four-rooms apartment on the first floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed, and 1 double bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, washing machine, and air conditioning. It's also equipped with hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. The house is at your complete disposal and we've put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you're staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price;
Early termination of the contract: after the minimum required stay of one month, you can terminate the contract earlier and without penalties by informing us 21 days before your expected move-out date; 

N.B. only for our properties located in Milan: for the bookings with 
check-in between March 12th and April 23th 2024, the first two months of your booking must be paid in advance and won't be refundable. 
The check out between 11th April and 21st April 2024 included is not allowed. 


We apply a daily contract on 30 days: we calculate the rent in proportion to the number of days of your stay: e.g. December is calculated on 31 days, February on 28 etc etc…;
RENTAL AGREEMENT:
As per Italian Law, it is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment.
PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
