La casa rimane completamente a vostra disposizione ed ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per accogliervi in un ambiente pulito e confortevole, sia che siate in viaggio per lavoro, sia che siate di passaggio per visitare la città. RENTAL CONDITION:

PAYMENTS:
In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date:
- the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date;
- one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in. This is equal to €6 per person per nightHOUSE RULES: Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.

Bright and cosy open space on the second floor in a strategic area of the city, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchen is complete with dishes and appliances: fridge, microwave, and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with wifi, television, and washing machine. It's also equipped with a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, towels and bed linen for the whole duration of your stay. RENTAL CONDITION:
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement;
