The Cozy Apartment 50 m walk from Praia da Rocha Beach new fully furnished apartment (studio) is designed in a modern and minimalist style to create a positive and relaxing atmosphere for every guest. Focusing on your comfort, the cozy apartment (35 m²) is ideal for 3 people. The apartment is located on the underground floor.
  The configuration of apartments is as follows: a living room with a full-size bed and sofa -bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables, Smart TV LED - 40'' (YouTube and Netflix it’s free for our guests), a dining table that can also be used as a workplace, a bathroom and kitchen.
  The bathroom with a modern shower cabin, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine. 
  The spacious kitchen has essential appliances, including a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, a water kettle, a coffee machine, etc.
  The kitchen is also equipped with modern crockery and kitchen utensils.
  A modern kitchen island creates additional convenience and comfort in the kitchen.
  For the convenience of our guests, the apartment has a modern washing machine with dryer, iron and ironing facilities.
  Our apartment is equipped with the air conditioner, which can be used for both cooling and heating.

  What is available to the guests:
  Our apartments offer high-speed Internet - up to 500 Mb, WI-FI is free for our guests.
  We provide each guest linens and a set of towels, including a towel for the beach.
  To create complete silence in the rooms, guests can use blinds; the control keys are located next to the windows in all rooms.

  Check-in:
  You will receive check-in instructions 1 day before arrival.
  Check-in time is 3:00 p.m, check-out time until 11:00 a.m.
  If you need early check-in and late check-out, let us know.

  Parking:
  There is free parking on the territory of the residential complex (subject to availability).

  Pets:
  We are friendly for guests with pets. Pets are allowed on request. 
  Pets are allowed for a fee (15 euros per day for 1 pet).

  Note:
  The apartments are located on the Praia Da Rocha promenade, in the heart of the nightlife and entertainment scene. This housing is not suitable for people who value silence.
  The windows of our apartments overlook the courtyard of the complex.

   Health and safety:
  Our team is strictly concerned about health and security of our guests!
  We use the professional standards of cleaning and hygiene in our apartment for our guests.
  The first aid kit in apartment is equipped with thermometer and all the necessities.
  The apartments are equipped with a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket.

Bay View é um ótimo estudio com ar condicionado, tem uma localização privilegiada e uma fantástica vista mar. Totalmente equipado para 4 pessoas, idealmente para casal com 2 filhos.

O apartamento tem o essencial para umas férias descontraídas, tem ainda um terraço muito agradável com mobiliário de exterior e uma vista mar fantástica.  O Complexo dispõe ainda de piscina de adultos e de crianças.

Está localizado no centro histórico da cidade, onde poderá caminhar até à praia que fica a cerca de 250 metros ou até à marina de albufeira.

O Bay View é ideal para quem quer estacionar o carro na garagem e deslocar-se a pé para a praia, supermercados, restaurantes e bares e tantos outros serviços disponíveis a poucos minutos a pé.

O Algarve Shopping e o famoso Frango Piri-Piri da Guia, as famosas praias de São Rafael, Galé, Salgados e campos de golfe estão a 10 minutos de carro. Assim como Aquashow, Slide and Splash e Zoomarine estão ao alcance de poucos minutos de carro.
