In the event of a written confirmation of withdrawal, the following staggered cancellation fees will apply depending on the duration of the booking and the time of withdrawal: a) Booking in the period of 4 - 14 nights. Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: free of charge Cancellation 6 to 1 day(s) prior to arrival: 50 % of the total accommodation price. Cancellation on the day of arrival: 80 % of the total price. b) Booking in the period of 15 - 29 nights Cancellation up to 10 days before arrival: free of charge Cancellation 9 to 4 days prior to arrival: 50 % of the total accommodation price Cancellation 3 to the day of arrival: 80 % of the total price. c) Bookings of 30 nights or more Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival: free of charge. Cancellation 13 to 9 days before arrival: 50 % of the total price. Cancellation 8 to the day of arrival: 80 % of the total price. In case of non-arrival ("unconfirmed cancellation" or "no show") the ahi retains the right to the full price for the agreed services ("total accommodation price"). The customer has the right to terminate the booking at any time during the current booking. In this case, the period of notice is 14 days to the premature end of the booking. In the event of unauthorised abandonment of the flat / the booked rooms during the term of the contract, ahi is shall be entitled to demand immediate payment of the price for the contractually agreed services and to invoice the client the the total accommodation price calculated accordingly. The above provisions shall not apply in the event of impossibility of performance for which ahi is responsible.
