Situato al piano terra risulta silenzioso grazie agli infissi moderni e si contraddistingue per la cura nell'arredamento. Questo appartamento di design si sviluppa su due piani con la cucina, l'ampio salotto, il bagno al piano terra e la camera da letto matrimoniale con annessa cabina armadio al secondo piano. Nel soggiorno si trova un divano con la possibilità di diventare letto matrimoniale. La cucina open space è dotata di piano a induzione, microonde e macchina del caffè; si affaccia sul salotto arioso e con un'ampia vetrata. CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO: Il prezzo mensile include le utenze di luce e gas fino ad un massimale di 100€. In caso di eccedenza, gli extra verranno dedotti dal deposito cauzionale. I dettagli verranno specificati sul contratto di affitto. I costi delle spese condominiali, Wi-Fi, acqua e spese di contratto sono inclusi nel canone mensile.
