The cancellation notice is three months (from the end of the month) in advance in writing, however cancellation or changes are not allowed between the months of November and March (01.11.2023 – 01.03.2024). For any change or cancellation, the tenants will have to pay the following: ● 5% city tax on the first 21 days of their stay (if the total period is shorter than 7 months) ● 7% VAT on the total actual rental period (if the total period is shorter than 7 months) ● €300 + 19% accounting fees (if the total period is shorter than 7 months) ● €250 + 19% VAT administrative fee per person If one of the tenants wishes to cancel, they will have to find a replacement tenant, who has a full-time employment contract, to be authorized by the owners. Advertising the flat on social media is not allowed.
