LEASE AGREEMENT: - It is mandatory to have a valid Tax Identification Number in order to sign the rental contract; - The rental contract must be signed before entering the apartment, otherwise we will not be able to check in on time; PAYMENTS: Once your reservation is confirmed, we will contact you to settle the security deposit, which we will refund 30 days after check-out and the cost of initial and final cleaning (mandatory cost starting at €150.0) which varies depending on the size of the apartment and the contract registration fee of €150.
