To secure the apartment, we’ll need a few documents from you: a copy of your ID (passport or ID card) and proof of income (we accept options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or documents from a guarantor). Upon booking, the first month’s rent is paid upfront, with rental charges only applying from your official move-in date.

Spacest.com fee will not be reimbursed. 2) cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 50% reimbursement of the First Payment. Spacest.com fee will not be reimbursed. 3) cancellation made between the 29th day or less before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: There is no refund. Bitte beachte, dass die Rückerstattung der Kaution bis zu 8 Wochen nach dem Check-out dauern kann.
