The apartment has 2 full bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite to Bedroom 2 and has a luxurious bathtub. In the other bathroom, you'll find a washing machine to use. You'll be living in Lambrate, a well-connected neighborhood to the northeast of central Milan. Around the area, you'll find lots of restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, and shops to enjoy. And, with a Metro station nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Milan! ***IMPORTANT SPECIAL CONDTITIONS*** For this apartment the following rental condtions applies: 1) Electricty is not included but paid upon consumption (0,50€ kw/h). Gas, water, common costs, internet are included with no limits. 2) Not only passport and italian fiscal code are required, but also VISA or Permit of Stay (or receipt of request of the Permit of Stay). RENTAL CONDITION: - The monthly rent includes 50€ electricity and gas utilities for studios, 75€ for 1-bedroom apartments, and 100€ for 2-bedroom apartments or more. The extra cost for electricity and gas has to be paid by the tenant upon consumption. - We will provide you a registered contract and the contract translated into English. - For an extra cost of 50 euros per person you can request a set of towels and bed linen. - One time final cleaning fee: for a studio is € 100 (VAT included), for a one-bedroom apartment is € 150 (VAT included), for a 2-bedroom apartment is € 200 (VAT included).
