The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to be part of the community. Westend is a central business district and a quiet residential area at the same time, with romantic narrow streets and very nice spots for a drink or dinner. It offers excellent public transport connections to the Rhine-Main S-Bahn and a tram network. Enjoy your weekends while visiting amazing green areas, like the famous Palmengarten - one of the three botanical gardens - and the Grüneburgpark. Visit the renowned Senckenberg Museum or learn more about natural history and science. Or check out Maintower to admire the skyline of the city. This apartment is fully equipped to meet all your daily needs, providing a comfortable, ready-to-live-in space. The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, storage, and a workspace. The rest of the apartment is also well-appointed, featuring a modern kitchen with high-quality appliances, a full set of cookware, a fridge, and a stove. This apartment is ideal for those looking for a private and peaceful space while enjoying the perks of a well-maintained living environment. To secure the apartment, we’ll need a few documents from you: a copy of your ID (passport or ID card) and proof of income (we accept options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or documents from a guarantor). Upon booking, the first month’s rent is paid upfront, with rental charges only applying from your official move-in date.

Cancellations of this, must be submitted at least three months in advance of your check-out date. Both the security deposit and membership fee are required to be paid before your check-in date and must be received in the landlord’s bank account. Please note that the deposit refund may take up to 8 weeks after check-out. Please note that the broadcasting fee is not included in the rent. BOOKING CANCELLATION PRE CHECK-IN: 1) cancellation made 60 or more days before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 100% reimbursement of the First Payment. Spacest.com fee will not be reimbursed. 2) cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 50% reimbursement of the First Payment. Spacest.com fee will not be reimbursed. 3) cancellation made between the 29th day or less before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: There is no refund.
