The apartment consists of a large living area with sofa, TV, dining area and a balcony. Room N°1 is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers.The fully equipped kitchen, the living room with dining table and TV and the bathroom with shower are shared. Room N°2 is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a spacoius library. The apartment is located a short walk from Bocconi University, near Porta Romana, one of the six gates of Milan, built in the 16th century. It is known for having become the residential district par excellence and the hub of life in Milan, both for university students and young workers. It is one of the areas of Milan where the sky is very open and visible. Ravizza Park, then, is a big green lung. With a food district where you can find wine shops, typical restaurants, cafes and bookstores, a lively weekly market in Via Crema (on Fridays), Porta Romana really has a strong personality. The apartment is also a short distance from the Navigli, the heart of the Milanese nightlife. Young and old alike liven up the dozens of bars, pubs, breweries and discos that all year round offer their guests cocktails, dishes and music in the name of quality and fun. Check-in can be arranged from 11:00 to 18:00. Monthly rates: • 1.800,00€ for monthly rent • 350,00€ for building fees • 250,00€ for utilities (heating, water, electricity, gas, wifi) • 200,00€ for one cleaning service per month; Total of monthly cost: 2.600,00€ You will pay once (una tantum, upon contract signature) the following amounts: • 1.800€: security deposit (it will be refunded after check-out if everything is OK); • 170,00€ (VAT included) customer care services (every day from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.), opening and closing of the rental contract, delivery and collection of keys in presence. • 350,00€ (VAT included) for the final cleaning Linen is not included. IMPORTANT!!! Please remember that no later than 3 business days prior to the check-in date, you will need to send directly to the property the required documents for the rental agreement and pay the first installment of extra costs directly to the property (utilities, building fees, final cleaning service, admin fee). If the documents and payment are not submitted on time, your check-in date could be postponed.

La prenotazione viene cancellata automaticamente e perderai la commissione versata a Roomless e la mensilità in base alle policy di cancellazione pre check in. POLICY DI CANCELLAZIONE 1) cancellazione effettuata 60 o più giorni prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: rimborso del 100% della prima mensilità . 2) cancellazione effettuata tra il 59° e il 30° giorno prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: rimborso del 50% della prima mensilità. 3) cancellazione effettuata tra il 29° giorno o meno prima della data del Check-in: Per il Conduttore: Non vi è alcun rimborso. POST CHECK IN Se vorrai uscire prima del check-out previsto nella prenotazione, dovrai dare disdetta secondo i termini previsti sull’annuncio. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE BOOKING? What will you need to do once your reservation is confirmed? 1) proceed with the payment of the deposit plus additional charges to Roomless within 7 days from the booking confirmation 2) sign the contract within 7 days from the booking confirmation What happens if the above terms are not met? The reservation gets automatically canceled and you will lose the Roomless service fee. CANCELLATION POLICY 1) cancellation made 60 or more days before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 100% reimbursement of the first month. 2) cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: 50% reimbursement of the first month. 3) cancellation made between the 29th day or less before the Check-in date: For the Tenant: There is no refund.
