The apartment is modern with parquet floor, very bright and spacious with big windows that face the river and allow you to contemplate the colourful rooftops of Lisbon. You have one bedroom with a nice double bed (160cm), a big closet and French windows. It’s an en-suite bedroom with a full bathroom with bathtub/ shower and window. The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, cable Tv, Wi-Fi connection, AC (heating and cooling system) and a dining table that sits 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals and also with a dishwasher and washing machine to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Additionally, you have a guest toilet next to the kitchen. We have lowered the rates in order to make up for any possible inconvenience. Check-in Information: Guests must collect the keys from our reception desk at Rua da Boavista 78, 1200-085 Lisbon. A late check-in fee of 30€ will be charged in cash on the spot for arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight, 40€ for check-ins between midnight and 2:00 AM and 50€ after 2:00 AM. Please note that due to government requirements, you will have to present a valid travel document, upon check-in. The Neighbourhood This apartment is a great choice for your vacation holidays. Ideally situated at 300m from a supermarket, public parking, public transports and within walking distance to the historical centre, it gives you the opportunity to enjoy the azulejo house’s facades, balconies as well as the decorated pavements. Lapa is a residential neighbourhood very quiet but at a 20min walking distance from the city centre. Transportation can be found at an 8min walk from the apartment: bus, tram, and train that can take you to the city centre, to Estoril/ Cascais or to Belem. How to arrive at the property: 1) Hassle free: Private shuttle service. Prices for 1-3 people: 25€ (one way) or 45€ (roundtrip). Prices for 4-8 people: 35€ (one way) or 65€ (roundtrip). 2) Simple and fast: Please follow the instructions you will receive from us. It will take approximately 15-30min (depending on traffic of course). Price: ( /-) 15€. 3) Cheapest: a) Metro: get off at Rato Metro Station and take the 713 Bus and get off at Lapa and then walk 170m until the apartment. Price: 1.75€ per person. b) Aerobus: (from Lisbon airport) get off at Saldanha and take the the 727 BUS and get off at Conde Barão and then walk 500m until the apartment. Total cost: 5.45€per person.
