The indicated rental price refers to occupancy by one person, a second person is possible for a surcharge of 50.00 euros/month. On request and if available, a parking space can be booked in the underground car park. As it is a duplex, the space is NOT suitable for an SUV. The monthly parking space rent is 100 euros plus a 50 euros deposit for the remote control of the garage door. The cost for a second or additional person is 50 euros per month.
