ITA L'appartamento si trova al terzo piano (senza ascensore). E' dotato di un posto auto riservato, un plus importante per la zona vista la difficoltà di parcheggio nelle zone del centro città. Appena entrati a Roby Wood vi sentirete accolti dal calore del legno, come un bosco incantato all'interno delle mura cinquecentesche di Padova. L'appartamento, situato nel sottotetto, è composto da camera da letto, bagno, soggiorno con divano letto e spazio di lavoro con scrivania, cucina. Roby Wood è comodo alla maggior parte delle facoltà dell'Università di Padova, agli ospedali, perfetto sia per turismo che per lavoro, grazie alla sua tranquillità e a una connessione internet veloce. Lo spazio Appena entrate in Roby Wood troverete a sinistra la cucina abitabile, completa attrezzata di tutto ciò che crediamo possa servirvi: pentole, padelle, utensili, posate, piatti, bicchieri, tazze e tazzine. Sono sempre a disposizione un po' di sale, zucchero, spezie, caffè, te, olio, aceto, detersivi. Il tavolo in cucina è perfetto per colazioni, pranzi e cene, in piena intimità nello stesso posto dove il pasto viene preparato. In cucina è possibile trovare anche la lavatrice-asciugatrice, scope e altro materiale di pulizia, oltre allo stendibiancheria e all'asse da stiro. A destra trovate la camera da letto (materasso 160x190 cm) con una serie di armadi e cassetti dove troverete anche cuscini e coperte aggiuntive. A seguire lungo il corridoio, sulla destra, il bagno completo, con lavabo, bidet, wc e doccia. Qui troverete l'asciugacapelli e un po' di sapone, doccia schiuma e shampoo, carta igienica (in quantità sufficiente per un giorno o due, in tempo da poter andare a fare la spesa). Nel corridoio troverete una rastrelliera appendiabiti per giacche e cappotti e una raccolta di volantini, mappe e brochures turistiche, nonché informazioni sui ristoranti della zona e il manuale della casa. In fondo si apre l'ampio salotto con tv, divano letto (140x190), zona lavoro con ampia scrivania, perfetto anche per fare videoconferenze di lavoro. In soggiorno è presente l'unica finestra standard: tutte le altre sono finestre sul tetto (velux con zanzariere e tende oscuranti). Se utilizzate il soggiorno come seconda camera da letto è possibile fare il buio e creare un po' di intimità grazie alle tende oscuranti, che separano la stanza dal resto dell'appartamento. Negli armadi del soggiorno si trova l'aspirapolvere, il ferro da stiro, e tutte le cose utili al vostro soggiorno. Ricordate che Roby Wood è situato in un sottotetto: la parte centrale della casa (corridoio e soggiorno) sono le zone più alte, dopodiché il tetto spiovente riduce l'altezza. L'arredamento è studiato in maniera tale da sfruttare al meglio gli spazi, ma fate comunque sempre attenzione alla testa! :) L'appartamento nell'estate 2024 è stato dotato di impianto di aria condizionata. Gli split sono nelle due stanze dove si dorme (camera da letto e soggiorno), mentre in cucina è possibile utilizzare il ventilatore. Le estati in Veneto possono essere calde e umide, per cui vi raccomandiamo durante il giorno di chiudere gli oscuranti, in maniera tale ma limitare la radiazione solare e quindi il calore interno: il raffrescamento sarà più semplice e l'ambiente vi ringrazierà! Roby Wood is convenient to most universities at the University of Padova, hospitals, perfect for both tourism and work, thanks to its tranquility and fast internet connection. The space As soon as you enter Roby Wood you will find the kitchen on the left, complete with everything we think you need: pots, pans, utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and cups. Some salt, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, detergents are always available. The table in the kitchen is perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in full intimacy in the same place where the meal is prepared. In the kitchen you can also find the washer-dryer, brooms and other cleaning material, in addition to the clothesline and ironing board. On the right you find the bedroom (mattress 160x190 cm) with a series of cupboards and drawers where you will also find additional pillows and blankets. To follow along the corridor, on the right, the full bathroom, with washbasin, bidet, toilet and shower. In the hallway you will find a coat rack for jackets and coats and a collection of flyers, maps and tourist brochures, as well as information on the area's restaurants and the house manual. At the end opens the large living room with TV, sofa bed (140x190), work area with large desk, also perfect for videoconferencing work. In the living room there is the only standard window: all the others are roof windows (velux with mosquito nets and blackout curtains). If you use the living room as a second bedroom you can go dark and create some intimacy thanks to the darkening curtains, which separate the room from the rest of the apartment. In the closets of the living room there is the vacuum cleaner, the iron, and all the things useful to your living room. Remember that Roby Wood is located in an attic: the central part of the house (hallway and living room) are the highest areas, after which the sloping roof reduces the height. The furniture is designed in such a way as to make the most of the spaces, but always pay attention to the head! :) In Summer 2024 an air conditioning plant has been added to the apartment. Splits are in the bedroom and the living room (where beds are), while in the kitchen there is a portable fan.Summers in Veneto can be hot and humid, so we recommend you during the day to close the darkeners, in such a way but limit the solar radiation and therefore the internal heat: the cooling will be easier and the environment will thank you!
