[ENG] If you’re looking for the perfect apartment to live and were looking into apartments near the center but without the center prices then, you’ve just found the one you need. The apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, as well as a big living room, furnished with a sofa, desk, TV and a dining area. The kitchen is pretty spacious too and, besides the basics, it also has a microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. This apartment is located in the Puerta Bonita neighborhood, in the Carabanchel district. In the area you’ll find several restaurants, shops, parks like the Vista Alegre Estate and even a post office since it’s back to back with one of the main streets of this district; near you’ll also find the “La Mina” sport center where you’ll be able to enjoy the public pool in summer. From here you’ll be able to easily access universities like the Complutense of Madrid and the Politecnica.  The nearest metro station is Carabanchel (Line 5). Water, electricity and gas supplies are not included, we charge a fixed fee for supplies based on the annual history of the flat, you can see the amount in the sumará of payments. El piso cuenta con 1 dormitorio y 1 baño, así como con un enorme salón amueblado con sofá, mesa y TV y zona de comedor. La cocina también es bastante espaciosa y, a parte de los básicos, también cuenta con microondas, lavadora y lavavajillas. Este apartamento se encuentra en el barrio de Puerta Bonita, en el distrito de Carabanchel. Por la zona encontrarás varios restaurantes, tiendas, parques como la Finca de Vista Alegre y hasta una oficina de correos ya que se encuentra a espaldas de una calle principal del distrito; cerca también está el Polideportivo de La Mina, dónde podrás disfrutar de la piscina pública en verano. Desde aquí podrás acceder con gran facilidad a universidades como la Complutense de Madrid y la Politécnica. La parada de metro más cercana es la de Carabanchel (Línea 5).
