We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Guests seeking the perfect base to explore the heart of Barcelona need not look any further. This quaint one-bedroom apartment is brimming with charm and style. Its exposed brick and fresh tones provide a melange of vintage and modern Catalonian features. The 70 m² (750 sq. feet) flat boasts tons of natural light with its floor-to-ceiling french doors and an intimate balcony enveloped in greenery. It was recently renovated and the furniture is modern and new. After spending the day exploring the city on foot, enjoy relaxing in sumptuous bed linens and a spacious spa-like bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining or hosting friends for a nightcap. Located in Eixample, Barcelona's most sought-after neighborhood, all the major sights, shopping, and restaurants are just minutes away! Additionally, the apartment is equipped with high-speed WiFi and SmartTV and includes both indoor and outdoor work areas to meet all your work from home needs. The indoor plants are live and fresh, which you need not worry about tending with our self-watering irrigation system. The apartment comes with a washing machine, a dishwasher, and air conditioning for your full convenience. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
