EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Blending concepts of cool oasis and sunbaked Saharan, this 82 square meter apartment offers a magnificent escape. Located in Esquerra de l’Eixample, guests will find a variety of upscale tapas bars and purposeful architecture. Once inside this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home, the lavishness continues. From its very entry, Nema presents a palette of natural blues and rich, earthy hues. An open-concept kitchen and dining area are nearest the entrance. The kitchen blends modern, slate-colored cabinetry with traditional Catalonian backsplash. The space heats up with deep brown tones comprising the six-person dining area. Continue through the space to find an expansive seating area in the living room complete with an entertainment system to the left. Playing with light and shadows, the celosia designs on the back accent wall add a mystical feel to the space. Step past the desert greenery in the corner of the salon to discover Nema’s terrace. A romantic, two-seated table invites guests to share a meal outside. Between the living and kitchen area is Nema’s main corridor. To the left is the ensuite bedroom. Once through the doors, an attached bathroom to the right offers a spa-like experience. Halo-lighting sets the tone and carries the theme of rejuvenation into the walk-in, all-glass shower. Back through the bedroom, geometric patterns blend with terracotta details to create a Berber-inspired accent wall, framing the queen-sized bed. Continue past the wardrobe to discover the quaint balcony on the far left wall. Continue further down the hallway to find the detached bathroom on the left. A creamy travertine tiling covers the entirety of the space. The halo lighting, again, creates a luminous effect that reflects off the all-glass shower. The next door on the left boasts utility. The spacious two-person workstation sits to the left of the room while the daybed behind it offers a place for pause. The left corner of the room consists of built-in storage space highlighting the full functionality of the room. Nema is concluded with an artful bedroom at the end of the corridor. Traditional Berber symbols cover the accent wall behind the queen-sized bed. Ample built-in storage sits on the wall nearest the entrance. All bedding and linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
