EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Welcome to Ariege, a stunning 90 square meter mountain theme apartment located in the trendy Trafalgar. This neighborhood is mostly known for its lively Plaza de Olavide, which provides the perfect backdrop for sharing some tapas or bar hopping, but it also offers clubs, venues, and shops within a short distance. Come home to Ariege after exploring, which offers three comfortable double bedrooms with queen size beds, all beautifully decorated in a stylish mountain design theme. For those who need to work, there is a dedicated office space with a workstation, perfect for getting work done in a comfortable and peaceful environment. There are also two modern bathrooms with all necessary amenities for your convenience. The living room is bright and airy, complete with a full entertainment system and dining table, perfect for hosting meals or relaxing with friends and family. The cozy rug and wooden accents bring the mountain theme to life. The fully furnished kitchen features a high table and all the appliances and tools necessary to cook delicious meals, from breakfast to dinner. And for wine connoisseurs and those needing extra storage alike, Ariege also comes with a cellar. Other amenities include a doorman for added security and peace of mind, and air conditioning in the living room to ensure a comfortable stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Termes et conditions du propriétaire

Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
