This neighborhood has plenty of outdoor space to enjoy a glass of cava or take in the famous Mediterranean sunshine. After a day of exploring, come home to this mountain-themed retreat, which offers a cozy and comfortable stay, complete with modern amenities and tasteful design. Dorria features three bedrooms, two furnished with queen size beds and one a single bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated with elements inspired by the mountains, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment also boasts a separate dressing room, allowing you to organize your belongings and fully make yourself at home. Freshen up in one of the two modern and well-appointed bathrooms, equipped with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. The open plan living room and kitchen area in Dorria create a welcoming and communal space for relaxation and socializing. The living room features a full entertainment system, perfect for cozy evenings in. Gather around the dining table and enjoy delicious meals prepared in the fully furnished kitchen, which provides all the necessary appliances and utensils for your culinary endeavors. The wooden furniture pieces mixed with the green plants add an ode to the nature-filled mountains. To ensure your comfort, Dorria offers air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Stay cool and refreshed, even during the warmest days, and enjoy a pleasant indoor climate throughout your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *For freshness, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in one room. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
