Measuring 56 square meters, Ricaud is thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy and relaxing environment. The apartment features one stylishly furnished bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. In addition, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements for extra guests or family members. The one bathroom is chic and modern in design and provides the perfect place to get ready for your day. The open plan living room and kitchen area is a perfect space for relaxation and socializing. The green plants and cozy mountain elements add to the allure of the space. Unwind on the comfortable seating area while enjoying the entertainment system, or gather around the dining table for meals or engaging conversations. The living room also includes a dedicated workstation, allowing you to catch up on work or stay connected during your stay. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
