With 77 square meters of modern living space, Conca offers a beach design theme that captures the essence of coastal living, creating a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment features two elegant bedrooms, each boasting a comfortable queen-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring maximum convenience for all guests. Both spaces are decorated in accordance to the beach theme, with their coastal color palettes, striped wooden details, and odes to ocean life. One of the bedrooms is also thoughtfully equipped with a dedicated workstation, providing a quiet space for work or study. The open-plan living room and kitchen is designed to provide a seamless flow between spaces. The living room is adorned with contemporary furnishings, including a sitting area and full entertainment system for your enjoyment. Gather around the dining table to savor delicious meals or simply unwind and take in the ambiance. The fully furnished kitchen showcases modern appliances and ample storage, making it a breeze to prepare delightful meals or quick snacks. During your stay at Conca, you'll be kept cool and comfortable with the air conditioning provided in all rooms. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
