The tree lined streets of this area encompass some of Madrid’s most important historical buildings. Spanning 165 square meters, this spacious and stylish retreat offers the perfect blend of coastal charm and modern luxury for an unforgettable stay in the heart of the city. Trecase boasts three beautifully designed bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen size bed. One of the bedrooms features a dedicated workstation, providing a tranquil space for work or study. Furthermore, this bedroom is accompanied by a spacious walk-in closet, offering ample storage space for your belongings and adding a touch of sophistication to the room and additionally, an ensuite bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy during your stay. The other two bedrooms are beautifully decorated in accordance with the beach theme. The apartment encompasses a second detached bathroom, which is thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you may need. The heart of Trecase is the elegant living room, where you can unwind and enjoy quality time with loved ones. The ocean hues and chic decor are reminiscent of the delicate and peaceful Amalfi Coast. A comfortable sitting area invites you to relax, while a full entertainment system ensures you can indulge in your favorite movies and shows. For those who need to work remotely, a dedicated workstation in the living room offers a quiet and inspiring space. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *This apartment comes equipped with a ducted air system for absolute comfort. *Please, note that this apartment does not allow pets. *Fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
