From this neighborhood, you'll have easy access to Barcelona's many attractions, restaurants, and shops. This 50-square-meter space offers a delightful blend of comfort, convenience, and beach-themed design, ensuring you have a memorable stay. Paestum welcomes you with an open and airy studio layout. The main sleeping area features a comfortable queen-size bed, separated by elegant curtains for privacy. Additionally, a sofa bed provides extra sleeping arrangements. The apartment features a modern and stylish bathroom, complete with all the essentials you need for your stay. The heart of Paestum is the open plan living room and kitchen area. Decorated with a beach-themed design, this space exudes a relaxing coastal vibe. Here, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare your favorite meals. The dining table and dedicated workstation, allows you to share meals with loved ones or catch up on work or plan. The living room is a comfortable retreat with a full entertainment system, perfect for unwinding. Large doors lead to a balcony, where you can enjoy the Mediterranean climate and the outdoor sitting area. For your comfort, Paestum is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, ensuring a pleasant indoor environment. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. This apartment comes equipped with a ducted air system for absolute comfort. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
