Annunziata boasts a comfortable bedroom adorned with a queen-size bed, guaranteeing restful nights and serene mornings. The beach theme design infuses the space with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of sandy shores and gentle ocean waves. For additional guests or a cozy afternoon rest, there's a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is chic and functional in design and features a spa-like bathtub, perfect for soaking. The living room is a spacious and versatile area where you can unwind, dine, or catch up on work. An entertainment system is at your disposal for leisure, while a dedicated workstation provides a convenient space for productivity. The dining table is perfect for sharing meals and creating cherished memories. The fully furnished kitchen is filled with all cooking equipment and utensils necessary to whip up a delicious meal. Parking is a breeze with your designated parking space, eliminating the stress of searching for parking in the city. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
