EN Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe. Inspired by grassland, Anora combines modern design with traditional Catalan architecture. Anora offers sheltered bliss in the heart of Dreta de l’Eixample. Boasting a rich tradition of slow lunches in its many plazas and its historic mix of shops, Dreta de l’Eixample is a beloved neighborhood for many Barcelona locals. After a stroll through the streets of Barcelona, there's nothing better than relaxing at home. As well as 3 bedrooms, all of which are fully furnished, Anora also boasts 2 bathrooms, which have been elegantly decorated. Each bedroom contains a queen size bed amongst the mix. The first bedroom by the living room opens up to a terrace and has a dedicated workstation. The second bedroom has a dedicated workstation in a nook surrounded by beautiful windows and stained glass pieces that open up. The third bedroom has doors that open up to a balcony. Classic Catalan tiled floors cover the entire place and extend to the living room with a full entertainment system. The living room opens up to a large terrace with sitting areas and an eating area. Guests can make a meal in Anora’s fully equipped kitchen and choose to eat at the indoor table or outdoors in the Barcelona sun. The entire space is open and breezy with touches of wood and plants, emblematic of both Spanish architecture and the grassland. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Termes et conditions du propriétaire

Should the Sublessee wish to cancel the Agreement prior to the Arrival Date, the Sublessee will be penalized in accordance with the following cancellation policy: a) Users are required to give 30 days notice of cancellation from check in date to receive a full refund. b) If the Agreement is cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Arrival Date, then one month rent of the reservation is paid to the Listing Partner.
