We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe Feel right at home in one of the coolest neighborhoods in Barcelona: Gràcia. Acclaimed for its fashionably alternative atmosphere, it’s a perfect destination for perusing pop-up shops or trying local flavors. Barcelona has many great sights on offer, so make sure you have a home to come back to that's even better. Casares is a serene 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unique property with an excellent 70 square meters spread inspired by grassland. The bedroom is artfully decorated, with plenty of storage space and a dedicated workstation for those working remotely. The stylish bathroom is complete with modern fittings and a walk-in shower. The open plan living, dining, and kitchen area is chic and modern with plant and wooden accents to bring the space to life. The dining room table can comfortably seat four, and the kitchen is fully kitted out and decorated stylishly. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *Utilities and pet fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to this issue. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
