Subsequent due dates are as follows: 2nd installment to 07/05/2025 amount equal to 3 monthly payments CANCELLATION POLICIES PRE CHECK-IN: If the reservation is confirmed by the landlord, there is no refund in case of cancellation. POST CHECK-IN: The tenant must provide at least 30 (thirty) days notice of cancellation, and must still recognize to the owner a cancellation penalty corresponding to two months' rent, subject to the limit of what is due in total for the entire term of the Contract.
