This is a strict requirement due to insurance policies and condominium rules, and we closely monitor compliance. Kindly declare all overnight guests when booking. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. We ask that all guests respect this rule to maintain a clean and healthy environment for everyone. No Pets Policy: To ensure the comfort of all our guests, pets are not allowed in the property. Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times. Check-In Time: For last-minute bookings made within 48 hours of arrival, check-in will be available from 6 PM onwards. Thank you for your understanding. No Events or Parties: Our property is not suitable for parties, events, or large gatherings such as hen or stag dos. We maintain a strict no-party policy. Occupancy Limits: The maximum occupancy of the property must be adhered to at all times. Please ensure that your group does not exceed the capacity listed in the booking. The following utilities are included in the rent price: gas, water, electricity, internet. The condominium fee is included in the monthly rent. A minimum stay of 1 month is required. No visits are conducted and it is possible to book directly online.

The reservation gets automatically canceled and you will lose the Spacest.com service fee. BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 60 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 30 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. AFTER CHECK-IN If you need to check out before the agreed date, it is required 2 months of notice period in order to receive the security deposit back.
