Check-in & Check-out Times: Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest.. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated. Early Check-ins: Wishing to arrive before 3pm? We'll confirm only 24 hours prior, and it may cost 50% of a night's rate. Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a little longer past the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours prior, and you might be charged 50% of a night's rate. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €250 is required to access the property, payable online by credit card via SWIKLY. This deposit will be refunded within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are observed. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out incurs a fee of €90. Detection of cigarette odor post-stay will result in a charge of €450. Extra keys are provided for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys may incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the type. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Please do not leave keys on the door or inside the apartment. Respect neighbors' peace and quiet, as excessive noise may result in deposit deductions.
