Additional key: This service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys? If left in the door or inside the apartment, fees ranging from €100 to €500 apply, depending on the type of key or lock. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys in the door or inside. Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit. Please be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility. Internet Access: Please refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions. Reservations and Special Events: For unique services or events, request pre-approval. Deposits apply for reservations during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Please note that the minimum age for making a reservation is 23 years old. Individuals under 23 years old will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult of the required age, otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay in the property and no refund request will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
