Included Services: Bed linens and towels are provided, offering you maximum comfort and convenience during your stay. Professional cleaning services will be provided upon your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is impeccable for your enjoyment. Family Services: If you need a baby cot and a high chair, please inform us in advance (with 72 hours' notice), and subject to availability, we will gladly provide them. Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated. A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €700 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Fees: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. If we detect a cigarette smell after your stay: €450. Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the security deposit. We would like to inform you that the building is currently undergoing facade restoration work for an indefinite period. We are not responsible for the situation and will not accept any claim for reimbursement for the inconvenience caused. Internet Etiquette: Avoid using Internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyright-protected works. Do not browse websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any Internet malfunction caused by telecommunication operators is not our responsibility and will not lead to compensation. Professional Use and Photography: No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial use is allowed without prior authorization. Contact us for specific rates and permissions. We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
