Other Things to Note: We're thrilled to provide you with the following amenities and guidelines to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay: Included Services: Enjoy the comfort of provided bed linen and towels throughout your stay, ensuring convenience and relaxation. Our professional housekeeping team will prepare the apartment meticulously for your arrival and ensure it's immaculate upon your departure. Family-Friendly Services: If you need a cot or high chair, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Please note that baby linen is not provided. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time starts from 2:00 pm. For early arrivals or late departures, please confirm availability 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply. Deposit Requirement: To access the property, a deposit of €150 is required. This must be paid online via credit card through SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days after departure, provided there are no damages. Additional Charges: Unauthorized late check-out will incur a fee of €90. A charge of €450 will apply for cigarette smell post-stay. Extra keys are available only for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys left on the door or inside the apartment will incur fees ranging from €100 to €500, depending on the key type.
