Family-Friendly Services: If you require a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice), and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them. Please note, however, that we do not supply baby linens. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours in advance with applicable fees. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Fees: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. Cigarette odor after the stay: €450. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit. Please note that there is currently façade renovation work being carried out on the building. These works are beyond our control and we are not responsible for this situation. Consequently, no requests for compensation or refunds will be accepted for any inconvenience caused. Internet Access: Please avoid unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions. We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
