Professional cleaning services will be offered upon your arrival and departure, ensuring that the apartment is immaculate for your enjoyment. Family Services: If you need a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice), and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them. Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linens. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated. Deposit Requirement: A deposit of €500 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted. Additional Fees: Unauthorized late check-out: €90. If cigarette odor is detected after your stay: €450. Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more. Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key. Responsibilities and Guidelines: Do not leave keys on the door or inside. Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises could result in deductions from the deposit. Internet Etiquette: Avoid using Internet access for unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Do not access websites prohibited by French and European legislation. Please understand that any Internet malfunction by telecommunication operators is not our responsibility and will not result in compensation. Professional Use and Photography: No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial use is allowed without prior authorization. Contact us for specific rates and permissions. Reservations for the Paris 2024 Olympics: For those joining us for the Olympics, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon confirmation. We would like to inform you that the minimum age for making a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under 23 years old will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age.
