Gli spazi sono stati progettati per offrire massimo comfort in una metratura contenuta ma funzionale, perfetto per coppie o piccoli nuclei familiari che desiderano vivere Milano in totale autonomia. La posizione al piano terra garantisce un accesso immediato senza necessità di scale, rendendo l'alloggio particolarmente pratico per chi viaggia con bagagli o preferisce evitare piani elevati. L'appartamento si sviluppa in ambienti ben distribuiti che ottimizzano ogni singolo metro quadrato disponibile. La camera da letto principale ospita un letto matrimoniale e offre uno spazio riservato e tranquillo per il riposo notturno. La zona giorno combina sapientemente soggiorno e cucina in un ambiente luminoso e accogliente, arredato con un divano letto singolo che permette di ospitare comodamente fino a quattro persone. Applichiamo un contratto giornaliero: la mensilità è calcolata sui giorni esatti e sulla base dei 30 giorni: per esempio Dicembre è calcolato su 31 giorni, Febbraio su 28 ecc ec...;Gli orari di check-in e check-out verranno comunicati una volta finalizzata la prenotazione. CONTRATTO DI AFFITTO:È obbligatorio avere un Codice Fiscale valido per poter firmare il contratto di affitto; il contratto di affitto deve essere firmato prima dell’entrata in appartamento, altrimenti non saremo in grado di effettuare il check-in nei tempi accordati; PAGAMENTI: Una volta confermata la prenotazione, ti contatteremo per saldare entro e non oltre 2 settimane prima del check-in, il deposito cauzionale, che rimborseremo a 30 giorni dal check-out ed il costo delle pulizie iniziali e finali (costo obbligatorio che parte da €175) che varia a seconda della grandezza dell'appartamento. E' possibile ricevere un kit biancheria su richiesta, ad un costo extra.  In caso di presenza di animali domestici, saranno applicati sovrapprezzi. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona. RENTAL CONDITION: Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed with the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Agenzia delle Entrate no later than one-week prior check-in. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. A linen kit can be provided upon request at an additional cost. In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
