It is absolutely perfect for families or groups of friends looking for some good days in Cascais, with all the village's main attractions just a few minutes away. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms with queen-size beds, two have balconies, and one has a marquise. → Bathrooms The apartment has two bathrooms, one is complete with bath and shower and the other with shower only. → Living / Dining Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a balcony to enjoy the sunshine. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, iron, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included). Additional Info: → The property is 'Self-Catered'. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. → Bedding and bath linens are provided according to the number of confirmed guests in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional linen exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in starts at 4:00 PM. Only one set of keys will be provided. → Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys inside the lockbox. → During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will apply in case of key loss. → The property is equipped with noise level monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis, ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus ensuring everyone's tranquility and comfort during their stay. → Baby crib and high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 60 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you check out before the agreed date, no refund will be processed. – (PT) > O depósito de segurança deve ser pago até 7 dias antes do check-in.
