A privileged space equipped with all the ideal amenities for the perfect holidays in the Algarve. → Condominium The apartment is inserted in the condominium Balaia Golf Village, surrounded by swimming pools (one heated), tennis courts, golf course, bowling, wellness centre, kids club, shopping area and restaurants. → Bedrooms The flat has two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, both equipped with air conditioning. → Bathrooms The flat has two bathrooms with bath and shower. → Living Room The living room features a flat-screen TV, a comfortable double sofa bed, air conditioning, dining table and access to a private balcony with dining area. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, washing machine, kettle and coffee machine (coffee not included). → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts at 16:00 and check-out must be done until 10am. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Pool in operation, however may be under maintenance without notice from the condominium. → Nighttime in person assistance with matters beyond the property's responsibility will incur a cost of €25 from 22:00 onwards and €50 from 00:00 onwards. (EN) > The security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before check-in. The security deposit is returned within 14 days of the check-out date. There will be a contract between the parties, to be submitted to the tax office, for properties exclusively intended for mid-term stays. The same does not apply to properties with an AL registration. Expenses are included up to a maximum total of 150€. All excess amounts will be charged separately. There is an extra charge for check-ins after 22:00: 25€. Extra towels and bed linen are left in the apartments for guests to wash and manage themselves. If guests require cleaning services during their stay, this must be requested at least 72 hours in advance and will cost the same amount as the check-out cleaning. > CANCELLATION BEFORE CHECK-IN Cancellation made 90 or more days before the Check-in date: 100% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made between the 89th and 60th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 60 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. > CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you check out before the agreed date, no refund will be processed. – (PT) > O depósito de segurança deve ser pago até 7 dias antes do check-in.
