Recently renovated spacious flat with a large balcony. You will rent a 13 m2 room and a full private bathroom with a shower, and get access to a fully equipped kitchen and a connecting closed veranda with a dining set-up, and to the balcony with comfortable seating which opens out of your room's French windows. Supermarkets within walking distance, as is the daily fresh market of Mina. Train connection until two am to downtown Lisbon is a 7-minute walk away and will leave you at Entrecampos in 10 minutes and in the historic center in 20. We are an international gay couple with a calm dog. We've designed the house with the room rent in mind: separate bathrooms, no shared walls, separate balcony access, etc and have been sharing with great guests for the last two years. We travel quite a bit and spend time in our country house. We'd be delighted to hear from you and see if we are a good match.

Cancellation made between the 59th and 30th day before the Check-in date: 50% reimbursement of the first month paid. Cancellation made less than 30 days before the Check-in date: There is no refund. CANCELLATION AFTER CHECK-IN If you need to check out before the agreed date, it is required 2 months of notice period in order to receive the security deposit back.
