Gli elementi originali, come il grande camino in pietra, la stufa a legna e i pavimenti in ceramica, raccontano storie del passato e creano un’atmosfera calda e familiare. Il luminoso soggiorno, con il suo comodo divano letto matrimoniale e il grande tavolo in legno, è perfetto per rilassarsi e condividere momenti speciali in compagnia. La porta finestra si apre su un ampio balcone coperto con vista sul giardino e sul bosco, offrendo scorci incantevoli in ogni momento della giornata. La cucina, separata e completamente attrezzata, offre tutto il necessario per cucinare come a casa. Anche da qui si accede allo spazio esterno, ideale per godersi il sole e l’aria fresca della montagna. La zona notte comprende una camera matrimoniale e una singola, entrambe con pavimenti in legno e finestre che incorniciano il paesaggio alpino. Il bagno, compatto ma funzionale, è dotato di una pratica doccia. La struttura è immersa in un incantevole giardino, arricchito da un’area barbecue e da un caratteristico tavolo in pietra, perfetto per gustare i pasti all’aperto circondati dal verde. Viene fornita biancheria da letto di qualità, asciugamani e kit di cortesia. Lasciamo anche un cestino regalo con il necessario per la vostra prima colazione. L’appartamento non dispone di un parcheggio privato, ma vi sono numerosi posteggi pubblici gratuiti nei dintorni. È vietato fumare. È vietata ogni attività commerciale all’interno dell’appartamento. Nei dintorni: L’appartamento si trova nel nucleo storico di Rossura, un incantevole borgo di montagna dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. Qui è possibile passeggiare tra strette viuzze acciottolate, ammirare le tipiche case in pietra e lasciarsi avvolgere dal silenzio e dalla quiete dei boschi circostanti. Su un piccolo promontorio verde sorge l’antica chiesa dei Santi Lorenzo e Agata, che offre una suggestiva vista panoramica sulla vallata sottostante. A pochi chilometri si trova Faido, il principale centro della Leventina. Qui si trovano tutti i principali servizi: supermercati, ristoranti, ufficio postale, banche, farmacie, negozi di alimentari e una rinomata panetteria che ogni giorno sforna deliziose specialità locali. Tra le mete naturalistiche più apprezzate della zona spiccano le spettacolari Cascate della Piumogna, facilmente raggiungibili e molto frequentate in estate, ideali per una giornata all’aria aperta all’insegna della natura e del relax. Per gli amanti del trekking e della montagna, i dintorni offrono una fitta rete di sentieri che portano verso le cime del Pizzo Pettine, Pizzo Molare, Pizzo Forno e Carì. Quest’ultima è nota anche per il suo comprensorio sciistico, molto apprezzato nei mesi invernali e raggiungibile in soli 20 minuti. Altri impianti sciistici si trovano nelle località di Dalpe, Prato-Leventina e Airolo. Infine, a circa 15 minuti si trova Chironico, una delle destinazioni più rinomate in Europa per il bouldering. Surrounded by lush meadows, lively streams, and majestic snow-capped peaks, it offers authentic emotions in every season. This cozy mountain accommodation combines the charm of tradition with modern comfort. Original elements such as the large stone fireplace, wood-burning stove, and ceramic floors tell stories of the past and create a warm and homely atmosphere. The bright living room, with its comfortable double sofa bed and large wooden table, is perfect for relaxing and sharing special moments (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we think it is proper to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find sheets, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf most adjacent to the sofa). The French door opens onto a spacious covered balcony overlooking the garden and forest, offering enchanting views throughout the day. The separate and fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook like at home. It also has access to the outdoor space, ideal for enjoying the sun and fresh mountain air. The sleeping area includes one double bedroom and one single, both with wooden floors and windows framing the alpine landscape. The bathroom, compact yet functional, is equipped with a practical shower.  The property is surrounded by a charming garden, featuring a barbecue area and a characteristic stone table—perfect for enjoying meals outdoors surrounded by greenery. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided.  We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast. The apartment does not have private parking, but there are many free public parking spaces nearby. Any commercial business is forbidden inside the apartment. Guests have access to the whole apartment. Nearby: The apartment is located in the historic center of Rossura, a charming mountain village where time seems to stand still. Here you can stroll along narrow cobbled streets, admire the typical stone houses, and soak in the silence and tranquility of the surrounding woods. On a small green promontory stands the ancient Church of Saints Lorenzo and Agata, offering a stunning panoramic view of the valley below. Just a few kilometers away is Faido, the main town in the Leventina Valley, where you’ll find all essential services: supermarkets, restaurants, post office, banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, and a renowned bakery that produces delicious local specialties daily. Among the area’s most popular natural attractions are the spectacular Piumogna Waterfalls, easily accessible and very popular in summer—perfect for a day outdoors enjoying nature and relaxation. For trekking and mountain enthusiasts, the surrounding area offers a dense network of trails leading to the peaks of Pizzo Pettine, Pizzo Molare, Pizzo Forno, and Carì. The latter is also known for its ski resort, very popular in winter and just 20 minutes away. Other ski resorts are located in Dalpe, Prato-Leventina, and Airolo. Finally, about 15 minutes away is Chironico, one of the most renowned bouldering destinations in Europe.
