Si trova a soli 400 metri dalla fermata metro San Paolo (linea B), nel cuore dell’università Roma Tre, e a breve distanza da Via Libetta, una delle migliori zone della movida romana. Nei dintorni sono presenti supermercati, farmacie e tutti i servizi essenziali. Le pulizie delle aree comuni vengono effettuate due volte al mese e sono incluse nelle utenze. Supermarkets, pharmacies, and all necessary services are nearby. Common areas are cleaned twice a month, and this service is included in the utilities. Check-in: - Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM (time to be agreed) - Outside these hours: +€50 - Saturday and Sunday: +€100 - Italian public holidays: +€200 Check-out: between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM (to be agreed). - No in-person check-out on weekends.
