Si affaccia interamente sui cortili interni, e nonostante si trovi in una zona centrale, gode di una tranquillità assoluta, ideale per rilassarvi al ritorno dalle vostre giornate di visite e passeggiate per il centro cittadino.E’ composto da 2 ampi locali: una luminosa e confortevole zona giorno arredata con TV tavolo, sedie, comodo divano, che si trasforma facilmente in un letto matrimoniale, e angolo cucina attrezzato di tutto il necessario per preparare colazione pranzo e cena ogni volta che lo desiderate,e una spaziosa e romantica camera matrimoniale dai colori caldi, con armadio in stile e tvUno spazioso bagno con doccia e una lavanderia completano l’appartamento.Wi-fi, riscaldamento e aria condizionataIL QUARTIEREVia del Ponte alle Mosse, che si snoda dal piazzale di Porta al Prato (una delle antiche porte cittadine superstiti delle Mura di Firenze risalente al 1285) a piazza Puccini, è una strada animata che si trova in un quartiere residenziale che si estende appena fuori dal centro storico e dalla zona a traffico limitato e che occupa parte della zona compresa fra la Fortezza da Basso, Santa Maria novella e la zona di Rifredi, a quindici minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Firenze.La strada deve il proprio nome al ponte sul Mugnone, presso piazza Puccini, da dove prendeva anticamente "le mosse" (cioè partiva) la corsa dei barberi, un palio a cavallo molto antico.Ideale per coppie oppure famiglie, e per smart workers, il quartiere offre tutto ciò di cui puoi aver bisogno durante il tuo soggiorno.La fermata della tramvia che porta in centro in pochi minuti si trova a meno di 100 metri, anche se il centro storico e le sue principali attrazioni, come il Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Uffizi sono comunque raggiungibili anche a piedi in 20/30 minuti .A due passi trovi: banca, farmacia, bar, pasticcerie, gelaterie, pizzerie, ristoranti tipici ed etnici, supermercati, parrucchiere, lavanderia, fermata del bus.Vicini anche il Polo espositivo e congressuale Fortezza da Basso, il Palazzo dei Congressi, il Teatro Comunale, la Leopolda.In 20/30 minuti a piedi raggiungi:- Stazione di Santa Maria Novella- Centro storico- Polo espositivo della Fortezza Da Basso- Palazzo dei Congressi- Stazione Leopolda- Il nuovoTeatro dell'Opera- museo Stibbert- Orti del Parnaso e Giardino dell’Orticoltura CONDIZIONI DI AFFITTO: Il prezzo mensile include le utenze di luce e gas fino ad un massimale. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
