Questa soluzione abitativa è perfetta per soggiorni brevi grazie ai numerosi comfort moderni e agli spazi funzionali pensati per offrire un’esperienza piacevole e rilassante. L’appartamento si sviluppa su due livelli e può ospitare comodamente fino a quattro persone. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con Smart TV e un divano letto matrimoniale, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa in città. La cucina moderna è completamente attrezzata con piano cottura a induzione e lavastoviglie, ideale per chi desidera preparare pasti in autonomia. Scendendo al piano inferiore, si accede alla camera matrimoniale, spaziosa e silenziosa, e al bagno con un’ampia doccia, situato al piano meno uno, per garantire massima privacy e tranquillità. Per tutti gli appartamenti locati nella città di Roma, è richiesto il pagamento della city tax nel momento del check-in. Il costo è pari a €6 a notte, per persona. If you can’t get one on time a charge will be applied. The rental agreement must be signed prior check-in. Failure to do so will result in the impossibility to enter the apartment. PAYMENTS: In order to complete the booking the following payments must be completed, at least 2 weeks before the check-in date: - the deposit, that we will give you back at the end of your stay within 30 business days after the check-out date; - one-time initial and final cleaning fee (starting from €175) depending on the size of the flat. In case of pets, additional charges will apply.- for all apartments located in Rome, the cost of the city tax is required at check-in.
