I was named after the Bennu crater ( Latitude 6.97°N, -7.05°S Longitude : 119.03°W, 119.03°E) that honors Chilean mythological nocturnal bird whose wings shine at night with metallic colors so bright that cast no shadow. It lives in small caves and eats metal ores, weight of which gives no possibility to fly. With both feet on the ground (and even more), I am the proof that the future of living is not only found in space and science-fiction stories! I am a bright and green residence, founded in 1980 in Villejuif. I am located 10 minutes away from Paris by transport and very (very) easy to reach by metro 7 and tram 7. I am quite big: 280sqm, enough to accommodate the exciting lives of 10 joyous and happy tenants. My plan for pleasing you? Living room, kitchen, dining room but also a terrace and a big garden ! All in a modern atmosphere. And because you can share a rent but not your intimacy, I offer to each person their own night private space with a bloc hotel and a bathroom as a choice.
