Some rooms also have a private or shared balcony or terrace for you to enjoy the sunshine. You will be the first to move into our newly constructed and renovated apartments. Each flat has a fully equipped modern kitchen that has everything from pans to a coffee machine, dishwasher, and oven. All apartments have spacious bathrooms that you will be sharing with your flatmates. The property is purposefully built to be an ideal location for you to enjoy the co-living lifestyle, and be part of the community. You can be cooking meals with your flatmates in the fully equipped kitchens, spending time in the comfortable common area on the first floor, or having a sundowner on one of the terraces overlooking the city. For drivers, you will find multiple parking spaces in the neighborhood. The up-and-coming Ostend area is home to the Frankfurt Zoo, Fritz Rémond Theater, and the green Hafenpark and Ostpark. You can easily reach the city center by bike in 10 minutes. The European Central Bank (EZB) is within walking distance, with other major banks such as Deutsche Bank, Commerzbank, and Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen located within 30 minutes by public transport from the Frankfurt Main (Ost) station. At the doorstep of the building, you will find great bars, restaurants, and fitness studios FitSevenEleven and FitnessFirst, making living at Ostparkstraße 45 the ideal place for both work and leisure. CHECK-IN: If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month. Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.
