Become part of a vibrant community of young professionals and live stress-free in a spacious co-living apartment! We have a beautiful furnished private room available in our apartment. Everything is ready for you to just move in with your suitcase. The contract is open-ended, so you can stay as long as you want (our minimum rental period is 6 months, with a termination notice of 1 month). The price is all-inclusive and gives you the following: - rent - utilities (gas, water, electricity, heating) - high-speed internet - beautiful design furniture - cleaning shared space (every two weeks) - Address registration (Anmeldung) - media taxes (GEZ) - Netflix & Disney+ As a member of our co-living community, you get access to a broader network of young professionals that live in our apartments in London, Paris, Copenhagen, Munich, Oslo and more. Our members enjoy shared events and even the possibility of a temporary room swap with members in other cities. Please be aware that Roomless is an online booking platform. Therefore, exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. If you want to apply, you can contact me via the platform. Before accepting your booking request, we will send you an invitation for a short call to get to know you a bit better and give you all the information you need.

CANCELLATION PRIOR TO THE CHECK-IN: - Cancellation 60 or more days before the check-in date: For the tenant: 100% reimbursement of the first month's rent. The Spacest fee cannot be reimbursed. - Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the check-in date: For the tenant: 50% reimbursement of the first month's rent. The Spacest fee cannot be reimbursed. - Cancellation between the 29th day or less before the check-in date: For the tenant: no refund. STORNIERUNG VOR DEM ANREISEDATUM: - Stornierung 60 oder mehr Tage vor dem Anreisedatum: Für den Mieter: 100% Rückerstattung der ersten Monatsmiete. Die Buchungsgebühr kann nicht rückerstattet werden. - Stornierung zwischen dem 59. und 30. Tag vor dem Anreisedatum: Für den Mieter: Rückerstattung von 50% der ersten Monatsmiete.
