The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a building equipped with an elevator, so there are no stairs to navigate. Towels and linens are provided for your convenience. All utility bills are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (usually €200-250/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption.
