 + 950€ security deposit to be payed together with the deposit before moving in.

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)  
Please note that there is a service fee of €100,00 plus a deposit of €950,00 which need to be paid before moving in.
