Minimum stay: 3 months. The cost of services, gas, electricity and internet are included in the price.

A cozy home away from home, the apartment is a couple of minutes by foot from several metro, urban rail (S-Bahn) and bus stations in the area between the iconic Savigny Platz, Ku’damm, and Kant Strasse, home to some the capital’s best restaurants, bars, cafés, cinemas, artisanal bakeries, independent shops, and shopping centers. 

The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a bedroom, a study/guest room, large windowed bathroom and sizable kitchen with a dining area. It’s extremely quiet, with a sun-drenched balcony overlooking a lush private park. 

All amenities available, including a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee makers, a sound system, cable TV and fast internet. A mix of contemporary and midcentury original furniture by Philippe Starck, Gunni Oman, France & Son, Glismand & Rüdiger, Ittala etc. Original, meticulously restored period stucco ceilings, doors, handles, a tile oven, and wooden and terrazzo floors. 

The house has a lift. Hot water is provided by a newly installed constant-flow heater and heating by an independently controlled gas boiler. Parking available (two large garages, open parking lots, street parking). The area is among the safest anywhere. I’m happy to provide whatever extras you need in terms of furniture, decoration and amenities upon request.

Located on the boarder of Tiergarten and Mitte, this apartment is nicely cushioned between 2 of Berlins nicest districts. Charlottenburg is one of Berlins prettiest regions and is absolutely chock-filled with cute bars and cafes to keep you entertained. It is also in walking distance of Tiergarten and Mitte meaning that you can feel right at the heart of Berlin at next to no time at all! If you ever want to venture further afield, there is also brilliant access to public transport from Ernst-Reuter-Platz U-Bahn station which will take you to Zoologischer Garten, one of the biggest and most connected stations in Berlin.
The former heart of Western Berlin, Charlottenburg still keeps it classy. Find high-end shopping on Kurfürstendamm, a beautiful castle, Schloss Charlottenburg, and the historic Gedächtniskirche. Access the famous Tiergarten for a peaceful stroll or a jog.

CHECK-IN:
If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month.
If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month
CHECKOUT:
If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. 
If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month.

Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a bed and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.

Which documents do we need for a booking:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)

Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.

More information about your future flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.

When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.

You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.
