Additional Information:

The monthly rent includes electricity costs up to 40 EUR. Any consumption above this amount will be charged at 0.35 EUR per kWh according to the utility provider’s rates.

Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von 32 Quadratmetern.
Hausgeldkosten, wie Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet, sind in der monatlichen Miete enthalten. Ein Mindestaufenthalt von 6 Monat/en ist erforderlich. 
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der City West von Berlin, sehr verkehrsgünstig Nähe KaDeWe, Kurfürstendamm und Wittenbergplatz mit U9 direkt um die Ecke und U1 / U2 in wenigen Minuten.
Der Balkon bzw. die Loggia liegt zur ruhigen Rückseite des Hauses. 
Küche voll eingerichtet mit allem Notwendigen. Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine etc. 
Im Duschbad gleich nebenan steht ein Waschtrockner.

We are offering a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living.

Anmeldung/ Registration is possible.

The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee).

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages :)  
Please note that there is a service fee of €100,00 plus a deposit of €950,00 which need to be paid before moving in.

It is located right by the U-Bahn station Kurfürstendamm (U1, U9) which easily gets you around the city and takes you up north or east in Kreuzberg. Alternatively, it is also close to Wittenbergplatz (U2), that takes you rigth to Mitte and up to Prenzlauer Berg.
This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi.
                                                    We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month.
                                                    To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.
