The apartment is designed in a modern style with spacious rooms and a great kitchen. All costs are included in the rent, including bills, internet, weekly cleaning and more!
Only 2 minutes walk from the S-/U-Bahn station Bayerischer Platz (U7, U4) making it easy to get to any other vibrant area in Berlin within 30-35 minutes.
The area is a very vibrant part of Berlin close to some lively bars, delicious restaurants and relaxing cafés.

CHECK-IN:
If you select a check in date between the 1st and 15th of the month, you pay from the 1st of the month.
If you select a check in date between the 15th and the end of the month, you pay from the 15th of the month
CHECKOUT:
If you select a check-out date from 1 to 14, you will pay until the 15th of the month. 
If you select a check-out date from the 15th to the end of the month, you will pay until the end of the month.

Every flat comes readily equipped with a kitchen, including refrigerator, cooking equipment and dishes. Flats also include a washing machine and Wi-Fi Internet. Each room is fully furnished and offers a bed and a workspace. The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport.

Who is eligible to book a room?
Young professionals and students between 20 and 35 years old (except studios). One person per room, no bedroom sharing is allowed.

Which documents do we need for a booking:
-Copy of Passport
-Income proof (Can be an employment or internship contract, blocked account, Savings, Payslips of last three months, guarantee, etc.)

Can I view the apartment:
Unfortunately, you cannot due to the high requests we receive daily. Once you are a tenant of us, you will like the policy that your new home is not always viewed by unknown persons all the time.

More information about your future flatmates:
It s great to hear that you also care a lot about who will live with you in the future. Our biggest wish is to find suitable members for our community. Usually your flatmates are international students or young professionals and between 20 and 38 years old. I can't give you more information because of data security. I'm sure you will have a good time in our community.

When are the first payments due?
The deposit and the membership fee will be charged after you enter your payment details on our website. The rent is due only some days before your contract starts.

You cannot sublet this property at any time during your booking period.

For the move in dates we have only the 1st or the 16th of each month a tenant can move in. In specific cases we have a flexible move in date, but this needs to discuss in our messages.

It is just a 3 minute walk away from Blissestraße U-Bahn station which takes you on the U7 line through to Kreuzberg and Neukölln or up to Charlottenburg. Alternatively, it is a 5 minute walk away from Fehrbelliner Platz U-Bahn Station that can take you to Friedrichshain, or connect you to lines up to Prenzlauer Berg and the heart of the city.
The former heart of Western Berlin, Charlottenburg still keeps it classy. Find high-end shopping on Kurfürstendamm, a beautiful castle, Schloss Charlottenburg, and the historic Gedächtniskirche. Access the famous Tiergarten for a peaceful stroll or a jog.
